What is your role?

As IT Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Microsoft 365 collaboration services. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues beyond frontline support, while partnering with end users and support teams to enable successful deployments, improve service adoption, and enhance the overall collaboration experience.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

· Monitor and maintain collaboration SAAS solutions with a focus on Microsoft Office 365.

· Work closely with first and second level support teams to provide quality customer service

· Troubleshoot related and integrated applications,



infrastructure problems or other IT problems that may have a significant impact on our Microsoft 365 service.

· Work with relevant teams to assist with updating and maintaining client-side tools as needed

What do you need to have?

· ·Bachelors degree

· 2 to 5 years of IT support experience

· Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange on-premise and Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook Client, Windows 10/11 and web-based applications.

· Fluent English
