Here's what the role
actually
feels like day to day:
You start from data, not vibes: ad accounts, tests, competitor libraries. You see what's working and why.
You pitch the angle, write the script, generate A-roll/B-roll with AI, and cut the spot yourself. No waiting on briefs.
You ship, then watch what happens in Meta / Applovin / TikTok dashboards and iterate on the winners. Every creative has a score.
We're async-first and allergic to pointless meetings
. You'll work on just 1-2 brands at a time so you can actually learn the product, customer, and numbers instead of context-switching across ten accounts.
Do this well and in ***** months you'll have a portfolio of winning ads that generated 7–8 figures in tracked revenue, fluency with the top AI video tools, and upside directly tied to the ad spend you help scale.
This is a seat for someone who wants to be measured, not managed.
The Role
One person, the full creative cycle – from idea to final render. You spot the angle in the data, build the concept, write the script, generate the footage with AI, edit it, and hand the finished ad to the media buyer.




No briefs to wait on, no handoffs, no Zoom call games.
The person with the idea is the one who executes it and takes the full credit.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll join an existing pod of Creative Producers, a Head of Growth, and media buyers, with internal processes and tooling we'll train you on.
Most talent comes in strong on one side – usually editing – and we build out the creative-strategy muscle from there.
What You'll Do
Dig into ad accounts and competitor libraries to find the angles worth "betting" on
Pitch the concept and write the script – no brief handed to you
Produce A-roll / B-roll with AI (Kling, Seedance, Veo 3, ChatGPT, Omni)
Cut, render, and ship the ad to media buying
Track performance and iterate on winners
Who We're Looking For
You come in strong in one of these and grow into the full producer role:
Senior video editor ready to take creative ownership, or
AI-native editor already producing with generative tools, or
Creative strategist who's also hands-on in the timeline
Must-haves:
Senior-level editing skill
Strong written English
AI fluency – Kling, Seedance, Veo 3 or similar (and quick to pick up new tools)
A proven eye for what converts: you've made ads that performed and can explain why
Self-starter who owns the outcome and doesn't need to be told twice
