•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

•3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.

•Experience in indirect purchasing and tendering/bidding processes.

•Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

•SAP and Excel proficiency.

•Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and results-oriented skills.

Responsibilities:

•Define and execute purchasing strategies for indirect materials and services, focused on cost reduction, supplier performance, and risk management.

•Lead RFQ, RFP, bidding and tendering processes, including supplier identification, quotation analysis, negotiation, evaluation, and selection.

•Negotiate and manage contracts, LTAs, pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms.

•Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.

•Drive cost reduction and VAVE initiatives.

•Monitor PPV/MCIP and implement cost improvement actions.

•Manage supplier selection, sourcing, and continuous improvement projects.

•Ensure accountability for purchasing results and cost savings.
