About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Manager to help build and lead our offshore recruitment delivery function in LATAM, supporting US-based clients and roles.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines recruitment delivery, team leadership, process improvement, and business thinking. You'll initially be closely involved in recruitment delivery while helping build the processes, KPIs, and team needed to scale the function.

What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for US-based roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies and improve recruitment workflows.
- Lead, coach, and mentor recruiters.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
- Work with leadership and commercial teams to understand client needs and identify delivery opportunities.
- Help build scalable recruitment processes and best practices.




- Take on broader leadership and operational responsibilities as the LATAM function grows.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in recruitment delivery, ideally agency or recruitment consulting.
- Strong experience recruiting for the US market / US-based profiles.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing through candidate presentation/placement.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs, productivity, quality, and performance management.
- Experience improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and business mindset.
- Ability to work independently, build processes, and thrive in an evolving environment.

Plus: Experience with offshore/RPO delivery, multiple countries or markets, recruitment costs, capacity planning, or bench management.
