**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
- Experience with data and quantitative analysis, building user journeys.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, an equivalent technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the Cloud industry.
- Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
- Able to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate tradeoffs when determining an action plan.
- Comfort in a fast-evolving environment and adapting to the changing needs of the business. Ability to recognize opportunities and to mobilize to drive impact.
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Govern the global GTM intake and prioritization engine, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable system roadmaps.
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-visibility, C-level business transformation programs while proactively managing risks, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Deliver strategic recommendations and thought leadership to Google Cloud executives, driving policy, process, and tooling enhancements that accelerate field productivity.
- Collaborate with regional change management teams to execute landing plans, maximize field adoption across general markets, and measure ongoing business impact.
