Cold Caller / Sales Representative Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Client: U.S.-Based Company Rate : $5-$7 / hour About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our team. The adecuado candidate has a strong background in sales and cold calling, excellent English communication skills, and experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients. The successful candidate must be confident communicating with prospects, building rapport, handling objections, and generating sales opportunities through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers. Identify and qualify potential leads. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Build rapport and establish relationships with prospective customers. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions. Schedule qualified appointments and/or generate sales opportunities.



Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout all customer interactions. Mandatory Requirements At least 2 years of professional cold-calling experience. Strong sales background is REQUIRED. Excellent English communication skills are REQUIRED , including clear pronunciation, proper grammar, and professional verbal communication. Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is REQUIRED. Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Confident and professional phone presence. Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers.
