Role Description We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support a U.S.-based behavioral health organization focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care. This is a non-clinical, operations-focused role dedicated to delivering a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired healthcare providers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers from the moment they are hired, owning all pre-call admin setup, facilitating structured onboarding calls, and ensuring every provider is fully equipped to begin seeing patients with confidence.



This role is ideal for someone with strong verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding timelines in a fully remote environment.
