Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Execute high-volume outreach and align creators to campaign goals
Manage briefs, scripts, and video assets to ensure timely delivery
Track engagement metrics and optimize campaign performance
Maintain consistent influencer communications and relationship management




Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications
Strong outreach capabilities with a high-volume sourcing mindset
Proficient with Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
