Are you passionate about transforming data into business decisions? Join our team as a Commercial Planning Analyst (CPG) where you'll play a key role in driving category growth through demand forecasting, market analysis, assortment optimization, and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support category planning activities, including demand forecasting, planogram development, and SKU optimization.
- Analyze market and performance data from sources such as Nielsen, IRI, POS systems, and competitive intelligence platforms to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to improve product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure category strategies align with business objectives.
- Monitor and report category performance through key metrics including sales, margin, market share, and profitability.
- Develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement and sustainable category growth.




Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Category Management, Category Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Insights, or Finance within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience working with market data and retail measurement tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and POS reporting.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
