We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - Salesforce CRM to own and prioritize the SW CRM backlog across initiatives such as renewals, entitlements, master data, forecasting, order management, and integrations. You will translate roadmap priorities into user stories, manage Agile delivery, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Own and prioritize the Salesforce CRM backlog.
Lead backlog refinement and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Support data governance, integrations, and compliance initiatives.
9+ years of Product Owner or Salesforce CRM product experience.
~ Strong Agile/Scrum experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
~ Deep Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Configuration, and Data Model.




~ Experience with Funnel Management, Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, and Master Data.
~ Proven backlog management and user story writing skills.
~ Experience working with general teams.
