FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGER We’re Hiring | Financial Planning Manager (FP&A;) Guadalajara, Jalisco | On-site Global / Multinational Environment We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join a leading multinational organization. This is a key role for a finance professional with strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis , who is comfortable working with regional and corporate stakeholders in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes ( BUD, FC1, FC2, FC3 ). Prepare and analyze Presente vs. Budget results for monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Develop and monitor financial KPIs and provide meaningful business insights. Prepare and communicate monthly financial results and variance analysis. Coordinate financial reporting requirements and deadlines with regional and corporate teams . Analyze financial risks and evaluate new projects. Support product cost and imported product pricing analysis.



Drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field . Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational companies . Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costs and NIF . Knowledge of foreign trade / import-related financial processes . Strong understanding of ERP-based accounting processes, preferably SAP . Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills. Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and business acumen. Fluent English – required for interaction with regional and corporate teams.
