Job Description SummaryThe Employee Relations Investigator will join the GE Vernova Employee Relations Investigations Community of Expertise (ER Investigations CoE) and will have primary responsibility for resolving employee concerns.This role is an important element of employee engagement and will contribute to fostering productive relationships with our employees.Job DescriptionThe Employee Relations Investigator will join the GE Vernova Employee Relations Investigations Community of Expertise (ER Investigations CoE) and will have primary responsibility for resolving employee concerns.This role is an important element of employee engagement and will contribute to fostering productive relationships with our employees.Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as a member of the ER Investigations CoE, proactively resolving assigned concerns to ensure alignment and compliance with required government and regulatory standards, as well as internal Company governance, related to employment, fair employment practices and other employee-related areas.Work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing cases, while maintaining a high quality of outputEstablish strong partnerships with the Business Ombuds, People Leaders, HR Partners, L&E; Counsel and Compliance Leaders throughout the investigations process.Demonstrate specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to thoroughly evaluate concerns,



develop corrective action plans and provide coaching to People Leaders and HR Partners.Consistently exhibit high levels of evaluative judgment and handle complex tasks or problems with a high degree of confidentiality and sound judgementEvaluate evidence and ask pertinent questions to resolve concerns and contribute to GE Vernova's culture of inclusion and respect.Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others and write clear, concise closure reports to document each case closure.Acts as a resource for colleagues.Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.Has effective persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.Support Labor & Employee Relations CoE initiatives globally to foster productive relationships with all employeesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( with relevant experience in HR, Legal or Compliance).
Experience in HR/Legal/Compliance with roles supporting manufacturing and business operationsDemonstrated written and verbal proficiency in English and SpanishDesired CharacteristicsMulti-lingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French) candidates preferredAdvanced degree in Business, HR Management or Economics (MBA,etc.), Compliance, LegalLeads with a Lean mindset and embraces Lean to continually improveoperationsStrong writing, and presentation skills; ability to conceptualize, analyze, structure, and presenteffectiveconclusions to mattersto a wide range ofaudiencesStrategic thinker – able to quickly process complex information, identify interdependencies, and make challengingdecisionsExperience in supporting businesses in the energy industry preferredAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#J-*****-Ljbffr
