As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for leading and managing technical personnel, coordinating daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and developing action plans to improve equipment performance and reliability. This role ensures compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards while maintaining the optimal operation of manufacturing equipment to support production objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time,
on-site position located at our San Nicolás, NL plant.
Bachelor’s degree as mechanical engineer, electronic engineer, mechatronic engineer or related field.
~5+ years as a supervisor working with technical personnel in manufacture environment in maintenance area.
Monitor performance indicators to avoid unscheduled stoppages.
Manage budgets, spare parts, and inventory for the department.
Apply quality tools and problem-solving methodologies to identify and eliminate root causes.
Utilize Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, including MTTR, MTBF, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and FMEA.
Develop and execute work plans for equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning activities.
Advanced English level.
Strong analytical thinking to diagnose complex failures and analyze equipment data.
