Fulfillment Program Management Responsibilities: Supervise and optimize inventory levels to ensure proper stock positioning. Lead weekly reviews to resolve aged inventory and implement mitigation strategies. Manage E&O; (Excess & Obsolete) tracking, driving corrective actions and negotiating resolutions with customers. Oversee expedited freight activities resulting from customer volume changes, including customer negotiations. Manage the material buy‑back process, maximizing value recovery and ensuring compliance with agreements. Collaborate with BPM/OPM teams in China to align processes, enhance operational performance, and support integral initiatives. Lead special projects focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer‑driven improvements. Required Competencies: Strong SCM knowledge (material planning) Advanced English Completed professional degree
