Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Solar Appointment Setter. The Solar Appointment Setter will contact prospective residential and commercial customers, introduce Clear Earth LLC’s solar services, and qualify leads based on defined criteria. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, and updating appointment and lead information in CRM or scheduling tools. The role also involves following up with interested prospects, answering basic questions about solar services,



and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and accurate calendar management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Candidates must be able to work minimum 30 hours a week within the 9am-8pm CST window
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and the ability to explain services in a simple, engaging manner.
Candidates should be able to book no less than 6 appointments a week
Comfort working remotely with basic technical proficiency in CRM systems, dialing platforms, and online scheduling tools.
Proven experience in telemarketing, call center, or appointment-setting roles, preferably in solar, energy, or home services.
