About the Role:

Role: Technical Helpdesk 3
Location: On-site, Mexico City
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract with benefits for 6 months and good chances of extension

Key Responsibilities:
Provide local helpdesk and hands-on IT support to office users.
Manage and resolve IT support tickets and user requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, system, and end-user technical issues.
Provision and configure laptops and user access.
Support meeting rooms, including Zoom Rooms and related equipment.
Provide remote IT support when required.
Track and support IT assets.
Work primarily with MacBooks, with limited Windows support.
Required Skills & Experience:
ServiceNow experience – required
Hands-on MacBook support – required
