The Obeya & New Projects Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Obeya process for new project launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, effective communication, timely issue resolution, and successful project execution. This role coordinates activities across multiple departments, monitors project status, drives action plans, and provides regular reporting to leadership on project progress, risks, milestones, and performance indicators.
The position serves as the central point of coordination for project governance, facilitating decision-making, escalating critical issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
-5+ years of project management, program management, or operations leadership experience.
-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with project scheduling and reporting systems.




- 7+ years of experience in automotive or similar industries-Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and communication with general teams.
