Job OverviewThis person will serve as a critical backup and administrative right hand to the production team, ensuring that orders, shipments, and fabric procurement are tracked closely and nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is idóneo for someone with real workforce experience who can take ownership of day-to-day production administration, catch issues before they become delays, and keep orders and shipments moving on schedule.
The right candidate will quickly learn the business's production flow, proactively monitor timelines, and act as a dependable backup to the production manager whenever needed.
ResponsibilitiesOrder & Shipment TrackingMonitor the status and timing of all incoming and outgoing shipmentsTrack packages and follow up proactively on delays or exceptionsEnsure all orders are entered, confirmed,
