ALTEN México, a leader in engineering and technology solutions, is hiring a Senior Automation Tester to join our team of 600+ professionals. We serve industries like automotive, energy, aerospace, banking, telecommunications, and rail.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality. You’ll analyze requirements, debug issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases.
Analyze requirements and system architecture to create comprehensive test plans.
Execute tests, validate functionality, and debug failures.
Write clean, maintainable automation code (Python).
Refactor scripts and manage test framework versions (Git).




Document test results and collaborate with development teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Systems/Software Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related.
5+ years in functional, regression, and validation testing.
Advanced Python
Communication Protocols (mainly CAN)
Experiene in Selenium, Apium, Jenkins
Experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
Strong knowledge of debugging, data structures, and version control (Git/GitHub).
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
On-site role in CDMX or QRO.
Advanced English (mandatory).
