Role Description This is a contract, remote Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers, qualify leads, present Regenta’s solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves providing guidance and basic training to customers on product use,



gathering feedback from the market, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and messaging.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and resolve issues professionally.
Demonstrated Sales abilities in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Experience in Training customers or internal teams on products, tools, or processes.
Background in Sales Management or pipeline management, including use of CRM and performance tracking tools.
Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-direction.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, risk management, or related industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical exper
