Objective
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the sales engine through CRM and CPQ administration, sales reporting and process support across Culligan Mexico, ensuring that the processes, tools and data defined by Sales Excellence are executed, maintained and adopted in the field, in line with the Integral Commercial Excellence Framework (CEF).

Reporting to the Sales Excellence Manager, the role ensures that sales processes and digital tools translate into reliable data, clear visibility and daily execution support for the sales teams across all Lines of Business: Kiosks, Multisite Solutions (MSS) and Commercial Drinking Water (CDW).

As administrator of the CRM and sales tool stack, it focuses on data quality, pipeline hygiene, reporting and dashboards, the correct functioning of the quoting tools and the automation of manual routines. It also drives the adoption of sales processes, playbooks, training and onboarding programs, working with Sales Excellence, Sales, Business Intelligence, IT, Finance and Customer Marketing to keep tools,



data and reporting connected across the commercial ecosystem.

Responsabilities
CRM, CPQ & Tool Stack Administration: administer and maintain the CRM, CPQ and quoting tools (users, profiles, pipelines, fields, workflows and price lists loaded in the system) so that quoting and price execution run correctly end to end, acting as first point of contact for the sales teams and coordinating fixes, integrations and enhancements with IT and providers.
Data Quality & Pipeline Hygiene: run and monitor data hygiene routines across CRM and sales systems (accounts, contacts, opportunities and pipeline stages), following up with the sales teams to keep information complete, accurate and up to date.
Sales Reporting & Dashboards: build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and recurring reports on pipeline, conversion, productivity and KPIs, giving the sales organization timely visibility of performance.
