Schneider Electric has an opportunity for aUpstream Planning Leaderforour Queretaro location.

Responsibilities:
- Organize the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance.
- Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions.
- Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)
- Including logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stock …
- Is responsible of the supplier forecast and their accuracy
- Monitor and improve the upstream SC performance
- Pilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve upstream SC issues of the plant using the 8D methodology
- Escalade to SSCMEs for critical SC issues with suppliers
- Responsible for the implementation of rules and principles of management of suppliers
- PPEP, Transfer / Disengagement process, SAM audit, Contract / Logistic terms & conditions
- Use Lean tools for Supply Chain performance :



VSM, E-VSM

Qualifications
- Industrial Degree or related
- 3-5 years experience in planning
- VISA and Passport (Travel availability)
- Advanced English level
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, ROP.
- Experience in purchasing, inventory control and order management
- ERP System experience working with SAP MM module expertise
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- APICS certification preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical / problem-solving skills
- Solid background in materials management / methodology
- Excellent problem resolution skills
