Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for providing front-desk reception and administrative support in a bilingual environment, ensuring the professional and courteous handling of all visitors, calls, and internal requests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while representing the company’s image with professionalism and warmth.

Tasks




- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and welcoming reception services in both English and Spanish.
- Answer, screen, and accurately direct incoming calls while ensuring timely and courteous communication.
- Manage visitor access and registration, coordinating with employees to facilitate meetings and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are properly prepared and equipped for internal and external meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier services.
- Manage business travel arrangements, including researching and comparing flight and hotel options, booking and purchasing flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services, as well as coordinating changes, cancellations, and confirmations.
