WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our Americas HR Operations team in Mexico City, one of the regional hubs within our Global HR Operations function. The team supports scalable HR operations for Bain offices across the Americas, with a focus on process standardization and centralization to support Bain’s continued growth and maintain our position as a great place to work.

In this role, you’ll work closely with employees, local Program Management teams, Training Officers, and our Global Training team to coordinate training activities across the offices you support. Because many of these relationships will be remote, your ability to build strong working relationships across locations will be essential.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Coordinator, Americas HR Operations, you’ll own the delivery of specified HR activities and processes for your assigned offices, with a primary focus on
serving as a Training Liaison
.

This is a varied, deadline-driven role that requires exceptional organization, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.



You’ll work independently while collaborating with colleagues across locations and balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

You’ll quickly develop an understanding of our systems and processes, how they work together, and how your work affects employees and other stakeholders. You’ll also have opportunities to recognize patterns, develop creative solutions, and identify process improvements that benefit the team and its customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer Training Liaison activities based on policies and training calendars established by the Global Training team
- Coordinate with employees, local Program Management teams, and the General Training team to identify training participants and trainers
- Consider participant and trainer conflicts and preferences to create accurate and evenly distributed session assignments
