As an
Advanced Quality Planning Engineer
, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful new product launches by proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the product development lifecycle. Working closely with Product Development, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams, you will develop and maintain quality planning strategies that enable flawless execution while meeting customer expectations for quality, delivery, and cost. This role provides an excellent opportunity to influence product and process quality, drive continuous improvement, and build strong partnerships across the organization

What You Will Do




- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs and Control Plans to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before production launch.
- Coordinate and execute process validation activities, including Run@Rate events, to evaluate manufacturing readiness and process capability.
- Facilitate metrology planning, qualification activities, and new product disposition processes to ensure successful product introduction.
- Perform statistical analysis and process capability studies to ensure manufacturing processes remain capable and under control.
- Define quality standards, inspection criteria, and control limits that support production excellence and customer requirements.
- Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why Analysis.
