WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

General Accounting & Month-End Close
- Manage monthly tax calculations and filings, including ISR, IVA, Contabilidad Electrónica and DIOT, in coordination with external accounting/tax advisors.
- Prepare and record month-end provisions, including payroll, services, leases and IVA reclassifications.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely journal entries in NetSuite.
- Record bank transactions and prepare customs (Pedimentos) reports.
- Manage Transfer Pricing recognition and coordinate financial information with external advisors.

Banking & Treasury
- Process and record banking transactions in NetSuite.
- Prepare monthly cash flow and payment reports to support liquidity and payment planning.

Inventory Accounting
- Manage inventory accounting, valuations, reconciliations and cost analysis.
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Support inventory controls, financial reporting and audits.

Payroll




- Manage the end-to-end payroll process with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Coordinate payroll changes with HR, including hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions and special payments.
- Manage employee benefits and savings programs, including Pluxee vouchers, Multiva and Odessa.
- Process payroll-related banking transactions and record them in NetSuite.
- Prepare payroll reports and month-end provisions for Finance and HR.
- Ensure payroll compliance, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues with the payroll provider.
- Support employees with payroll-related inquiries and Navan questions.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
- 4+ years of experience in audit, technical accounting and/or financial reporting.
- 3+ years of payroll administration experience, including multi-state payroll.
- Experience with Mexican tax filings, Contabilidad Electrónica and DIOT.
- Experience with NetSuite and familiar
