Reporting to the **Quality Manager**the **Quality Engineer**is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‐grade assemblies.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes.
- Collect, analyze, and present information regarding business conditions, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new product designs for management review.
- Propose and evaluate alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and adapt to changing market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define company policies, operating procedures, and quality goals.
- Develop, defining control areas, personnel requirements, and operational procedures.
- Lead and participate in meetings with design and engineering teams to coordinate functions, review policies, and establish procedures to achieve quality objectives.




- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the quality of newly designed products and resolve issues in products already in production.
- Stay current on industry trends by reviewing technical publications, standards, and best practices.
- Manage special operational situations such as ramp-up phases, NPI launches, and transitions to high-volume production.
- Lead and mentor medium-sized teams of quality technicians and auditors across multiple shifts.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, especially with high reliability products (manufacturing process PCBA, SMT, test, assembly).
- Experience conducting internal and external audits and knowledge of auditing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components
- Data Analys
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume production environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong command of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving.
- Customer-focused mindset and experience working with quality standards such as ISO.
