Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area. The person in this role supports daily office operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing correspondence, and coordinating internal communications.



The role may also provide executive administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and preparation of reports and presentations. The Administrative Assistant collaborates with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflows, timely follow-up on tasks, and professional representation of the organization in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid clerical skills, such as data entry, filing, document organization, and basic recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software).
