The Technical Service Engineer (TSE) is responsible for providing focused technical support regarding the processing and performance of supplied products to our customers.



They also assist in developing new applications with new and existing plastic compounds. They will also gather market trend information to support LYB's technical innovation and value creation efforts. The TS Engineer is also responsible for accurately and effectively managing communications and deliverables between the Customer, Sales Account Manager, New Business Development, and Technology Development Engineer (TDE) for all assigned projects.
This position reports to the Technology Manager PM Mexico. The primary focus on internal and customer interaction will not be limited to senior-level competence in injection molding processing, tooling, part design, and material recommendation capabilities.
The TSE Performance Materials (Polypropylene Compound & Engineer Plastics) role works directly with customers to support LYB business via various plastic conversion processes. Examples are injection molding, part design, process optimization, tooling issues, troubleshoot
