Role Purpose:
Lead the Apparel commercial agenda in Mexico, driving sustainable revenue and margin growth while building a high‑performing commercial team through people development and commercial excellence
Shape and execute market‑relevant strategies, strengthen customer value creation, and ensure commercial excellence across sales, technical service,
and customer operations
Partner with the General Manager to deliver long‑term business growth aligned with Coats’ strategic priorities.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
Commercial Strategy & Market Leadership
Set and execute the national Apparel commercial strategy to ensure growth, profitability, and competitiveness.
Translate general strategic direction and key account programs into strong local execution.
Assess market, customer, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic interventions.
Revenue, Margin & Portfolio Performance
Deliver annual revenue, gross margin, and EBIT targets.
Govern pricing discipline, product‑mix optimization, and margin improvement.
Strengthen forecasting accuracy and performance management with Finance.
Customer & Key Account Leadership
Build and maintain strategic relationships with brands, vendors, and key accounts.
