As part of QuickSTAT, Kuehne+Nagel’s specialized time-critical logistics business, you will support clients throughout the consignment process, coordinating and monitoring international shipments while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing structures. QuickSTAT works in a highly specialized environment focused on time-critical logistics for healthcare and pharmaceutical customers.

How you create impact

Coordinate client consignments and bookings, managing routing, service classification, deadlines, and the greenlight approval process.
Monitor live and pending shipments,



providing timely status updates and following up on operational milestones, flight and customs delays, proof of delivery, additional charges, and resolutions.
Manage control tower activities and alerts, including daily status reports, the shared customer service mailbox, and special alarms through Quick Track.
Coordinate temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies according to shipment requirements.
Support client enquiries and quotations, working closely with Pricing, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales teams to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and network/vendor partners, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, agreed rates, and pricing structures.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and management, communicating information, coordinating actions, and seeking support when required.
