In this role you will be responsible for partnering with management to implement corporate human resources policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations matters through a proactive and systematic approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting key HR processes, including compensation reviews, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment activities, internal promotions,



and talent development initiatives.
Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, incident investigations, performance management, contract terminations, and exit interviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs, employee onboarding, work regulation training, and performance evaluation processes.
Analyze and report HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
