, we are looking for our next
Tooling Designer
, who will play a key role in developing, modifying, and optimizing
molds, fixtures, gages, electrodes, and tooling
used in our operations.

What will be your challenge?

• Design and modify molds, tooling, fixtures, and related equipment.

• Follow up on
engineering changes and mold/tooling repairs
.

• Create 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation for CNC machining and EDM.

• Design
fixtures, gages, and electrodes
.

• Validate machining processes against dimensional requirements.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve tooling and manufacturing problems.

• Participate in the development of
new projects
.

• Manage and update technical information and tooling designs.

• Provide technical support to the mold shop and contribute to personnel development.





What are we looking for?

Degree in
Mold Engineering, Tool & Die Technology, Mechanical Engineering
, or a related field.

5+ years of experience
in mold/tooling design and development.

Experience in the
automotive and/or plastic injection industry
.

Proficiency in
CAD, CAM, and CAE
.

Strong knowledge of
GD&T; and technical drawing interpretation
.

Knowledge of steels, heat treatments, and machining processes.

Experience using measuring instruments and interpreting dimensional inspection reports.

Knowledge of
plastic injection molding processes
.

Conversational English
.

Experience in the following areas will be a plus:

Poka Yoke | TPM | 5S | 8D | Continuous Improvement | Project Management | CNC | EDM
