Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City (100% on-site) Tential is seeking an experienced Platform Product Owner to manage enterprise tools and platforms, lead product discovery, and translate complex business problems into prioritized, measurable product outcomes.
This role is best suited for someone comfortable working through ambiguity, engaging directly with stakeholders, and using data to determine what should - and should not - be built.
Responsibilities Product Discovery: Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to validate problem areas, identify root causes, and distinguish feature requests from problems that deliver meaningful business value.
Prioritization: Own and continuously prioritize the backlog using data and frameworks such as RICE or WSJF, focusing the team on the highest-value work.
