Job Overview: The primary purpose of this position is to drive and coordinate the development and execution of strategic new solution initiatives for the Latin American market, from opportunity identification through commercialization.
The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, conducting market and business analysis, and supporting the successful implementation of innovative solutions that create value for customers and the business.
Work in the LATAM Regional Corporate Office, based in Mexico City.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. Innovation Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, International Business, Marketing, Economics) 2 - 3 years in related positions Experience: Business development, product management, engineering, or related fields is desirable, preferably in HVAC, development of new products, services, or solutions involving cross-functional collaboration is desirable.
Languages required: Advanced English, Japanese (optional) USA VISA (optional)

Conduct market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify business opportunities.
Develop business cases, market sizing analyses, and commercial feasibility assessments.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Support solution validation, commercialization planning, and management reporting.
