At Magnific, we're building the AI platform that professional creators, studios, and enterprises use to push what's possible in image, video, and design.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own our customer relationships across NA and LATAM. You'll be responsible for making sure our customers get real value from Magnific, driving adoption and helping them embed the platform into their everyday workflows.

? What you'll do

Own the LATAM customer portfolio end to end, acting as the primary point of contact for accounts across Singapore and other countries.
Drive product adoption and help customers get the most value from Magnific.
Lead onboarding and enablement, from initial kickoff through to fully embedded use.
Monitor account health and usage, identifying risks early and finding opportunities to deepen adoption.
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management on account health, renewals,



and expansion opportunities.
Be the voice of our LATAM customers internally, sharing regional needs, feedback, and usage patterns with Product.
Contribute to the wider Customer Success playbook and help shape how we work with customers as we scale.

✅ What we're looking for

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Solid experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Experience directly managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
A strong track record of driving product adoption and meaningful customer outcomes.
Strong understanding of the customer journey, from onboarding to becoming fully embedded in the product.
Good knowledge of the LATAM market and how enterprise and creative customers operate.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where there's still plenty to build.
