Imagine a daily routine where you aren't just "interviewing candidates"—you are strategizing with VPs from Google, Directors from Netflix, and Executives from Spotify.
Note: You will not be sourcing (scouring LinkedIn). We have a dedicated team of sourcers for that - they will schedule your Zoom calls for you. Your sole focus is screening, engaging, and closing high-level leads on the vision of becoming an ELVTR instructor.
Working Hours
The Schedule: This role operates on a schedule aligned with US business hours (EST/PST).

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Executive Screening Calls: Lead video interviews with prospective instructors (sourced by our recruiting team) to evaluate their charisma, expertise, and teaching potential
The "Pivot" to Sales: Assess the candidate quickly. If they are a match, instantly pivot from "interviewer" to "recruiter" to sell them on the vision of building a course with ELVTR
Quality Control: You are the gatekeep
