Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will act as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues and provide guidance to support an inclusive, productive, and growth-oriented workplace.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.




Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
Act as a change agent to drive cultural and organizational transformation.
Requirements
Academic/Training
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, specifically in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Job Details
Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with flexibility.
Work Modality: On-site, Paseo de la Reforma/Cuautemoc
