Job Description Lead the design, validation, and implementation of IT infrastructure and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Coordinate projects involving CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm systems, and building automation technologies.
Manage the integration of smart building technologies to ensure operational efficiency and system connectivity.
Monitor project progress, technical deliverables, and change management activities.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems, Smart Buildings, or Special Systems projects.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, GPON, structured cabling,



automation, and security systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
