The Pet & Vet Services Analyst leads end-to-end analytical initiatives that drive operational efficiency, network expansion, and revenue growth across the enterprise pet and vet services ecosystem—including veterinary hospitals, mobile clinics, grooming, and dog training.
Operating seamlessly across the US and Mexico, this role serves as a strategic analytics partner to cross-functional leadership, bridging clinical data, customer behavior, and location intelligence to guide executive decision-making across physical stores, clinical environments, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Expansion & Location Intelligence
Site Selection & Pipeline Management: Own analytical processes for hospital site selection, integrating predictive models, demographic data, and performance scorecards to prioritize and rank candidate locations.
M&A; & Business Development: Deliver data-driven insights and valuation metrics to support clinic acquisitions, partner integrations, and executive readouts for real estate committees.
2. Customer Insights & Revenue Optimization
Customer Behavior Analytics: Analyze complex customer datasets to uncover trends in appointment utilization, service frequency, and cross-category attach rates (e.g., Rx diets, wellness plans, retail follow-ups).
Forecasting & Pricing Strategy: Partner with business leaders to build operational and financial forecasts, evaluating pricing structures, promotions, and service bundles to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and unit economics.
3. Advanced Analytics & Data Engineering
Data Integration: Extract, clean, and model complex datasets from disparate sources (veterinary management systems/EHR, POS, CRM, and cloud warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery) using SQL, Python, or R.
Predictive Modeling & Experimentation: Design and deploy statistical models, clustering algorithms, and test-and-learn frameworks; partner with Enterprise Data Science to adapt machine learning models to clinical and service
