Misión del cargo:
Lead and execute US fund & operations accounting, ensuring accurate GAAP-based close and reporting, compliance with US tax requirements
Funciones del Cargo:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close cycles for investment funds and management entity.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax requirements, and internal control standards.
• Administer capital calls, distributions, investor capital accounting, and related documentation.
• Directly manage end-to-end accounting cycle (vendors, payroll, conciliation, information flow)
• Supervise and review work of external accounting analysts; act as primary contact with external accountants and auditors.
• Define and document standard operating procedures for US operations; drive process improvements and automation.




• Coordinate tax provision support and US federal/state tax compliance with external advisors.
• Master third-party tools and software used for fund administration and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver investor-ready financial reporting (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flows, NAV, risk analytics).
Requisitos:
-Experience leading US GAAP monthly/quarterly close
-Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting or Finance
-Fund accounting experience (NAV / Capital Calls)
