JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:This position is responsible to monitor, communicate, improve, and enforce the processes and usage of SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), & Warehouse Management (WM) in the company’s manufacturing processes.
Essential Functions:




- Provide on-site and remote plant SAP training support to ensure material planning standardization is attained through MM, PP, SD, & WM SAP modules.
- Develop SAP governance tools to utilize alignment with manufacturing methods.
- Identify and partner with SAP Module Leads to improve material planning processes through key user forums.
- Coordinate new process integration with SAP Module Leads.
- Provide coverage for SAP Module Leads, as required.
- Analyze and present data extracted from various reports to ensure material parameters are in alignment with SAP requirements.
- Assume lead role in correcting inconsistencies within SAP master data.
- Troubleshoot key system process issues with the plant key users.
- Ensure aged SAP data is cleansed for optimal operation.
- Possess the ability to summarize, report, and manage SAP process accuracy at a plant level.
