As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing strategic customer partnerships across Mexico while driving sustainable and profitable revenue growth across key retail channels. This role manages assigned key accounts, develops and executes commercial strategies, and builds strong customer relationships to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives. The Key Account Manager serves as a primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers and works closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and international teams to ensure strong execution and maximize business performance.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial and analytical skills with a customer-focused, proactive approach. This role requires the ability to identify business opportunities, develop actionable account plans, negotiate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results.

What You Will Do:

Manage and grow assigned strategic retail accounts,



serving as the primary commercial point of contact for key customers
Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with company objectives, including revenue, profitability, distribution, and market share goals
Establish strong, long-term customer relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, priorities, and business needs
Develop and execute sell-in and sell-through strategies to maximize product performance, retail execution, and account growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including category expansion, new product opportunities, increased distribution, and new customer acquisition
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations related to pricing, promotions, terms, product assortment, and joint business planning initiatives
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to support accurate forecasting, appropriate inventory levels, and effective product availability
Present new product launches,
