In this role you will be responsible for managing key activities across the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accurate customer master data maintenance, efficient order processing, timely invoicing, and high-quality reporting. This role supports business operations by maintaining data integrity, driving compliance with governance standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer transactions and cash flow processes.

Create, maintain, and update customer master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
Review and validate customer master data requests,



ensuring completeness and adherence to established processes and policies.
Perform regular data quality audits and analyses to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and integrity issues.
Support forecasting, planning, and business operations by providing accurate and reliable master data.
Execute data governance controls, monitor compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues and drive continuous improvement.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Master Data Management, Shared Services, or a related business operations environment.
Strong knowledge of master data processes, data governance principles, and ERP systems, with experience using JD Edwards (JDE).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to develop reports, analyze data, and support
