In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Lead the Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance
functions within the plant.
* Ensure on-time delivery commitments and maintain established customer service
levels.
* Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize
operational performance.
* Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards across all
areas of responsibility.
* Monitor and manage key operational metrics, implementing actions to achieve
business objectives.
* Oversee budget planning and cost control to maximize operational efficiency
and profitability.
* Develop, coach, and retain talent while fostering a culture of collaboration,
accountability, and high performance.
* Participate in plant-wide strategic initiatives related to productivity,
quality, safety, and organizational culture.
* Partner with Human Resources in labor relations and union-related activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager,
Plant Manager, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics
functions.
* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and
Operational Excellence methodolog
