We're on a mission to transform early childhood education through AI-powered solutions. To support our rapid scaling, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to serve as the execution backbone for our marketing and events pipelines.

The Opportunity
As our Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator, you'll be the execution backbone for our marketing and events pipelines: conference logistics, sponsorships, campaigns, and data tracking. This role is built for someone exceptionally organized, detail-obsessed,



and proactive — whether you come from a marketing background or a strong administrative/events-coordination background, a genuine curiosity for how marketing actually works and a habit of learning fast are what matter most.

Operating 100% remotely from Latin America or the Philippines, you'll work directly with our CEO and Marketing team to make sure everything — from conference selection and execution, to campaign support and post-event lead conversion — runs flawlessly.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist with contract management, vendor invoice tracking, purchase requests, and daily bookkeeping using Excel and QuickBooks Online
Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events — timelines, budgets, deliverables, registrations, travel, booth logistics, and shipment/inventory of event materials, plus onsite/virtual execution when needed
Review sponsorship agreements, track deliverables (ads, social posts, speaking slots, exhibit tables) to confirm we receive every
