As CoreX continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow ITOM to join our delivery organization and play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions for our customers.

Position Overview
The Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow ITOM will serve as a senior hands-on technical resource responsible for the successful design, configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
This individual will work directly with customers, Solution Architects, Business Process Consultants, Project Managers, and other technical resources throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The adecuado candidate has strong hands-on experience across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping,



and the broader ServiceNow platform and is comfortable translating business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
This role requires someone who can operate independently, lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and mentor other consultants while remaining hands-on within the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on customer requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
Lead hands-on delivery across ITOM Visibility, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and related ITOM capabilities.
Participate in customer workshops to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and optimize Discovery schedules, credentials, MID Servers, probes, patterns, identification rules, and reconciliation processes.
