As our Engineer, Manufacturing Technology , you’ll play a key role in transforming manufacturing processes into safer, smarter, and more efficient operations. As a hands-on, project-focused Manufacturing Engineer, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Directly responsible for sustaining in the production line.
Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output
Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine-based, people- based or combination)
Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training)
Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action
Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis)
What We're Looking For
The idóneo candidate possesses these skills.
At least 4+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
Able to be pro-active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.
Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization (shop floor to management).
Familiar with basic hand tools, sensors, vision and other common assembly operation equipment and components.
