Role Description The Molecular Biologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Guadalajara, JAL. This position involves designing and conducting molecular biology experiments, including DNA sequencing and microbiological assays, to support manufacturing, quality control, or research initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining biological samples, operating and troubleshooting sequencing equipment,



analyzing and interpreting experimental data, and documenting results in accordance with internal and regulatory standards. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining laboratory safety and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement of protocols and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Biology and Microbiology, with the ability to apply core concepts in a laboratory and industrial setting.
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, assay execution, use of common lab equipment, and adherence to safety procedures.
Experience with Sequencing and DNA Sequencing techniques, data analysis, and interpretation of molecular results.
Ability to follow and optimize standard operating procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
