Role Description The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual will manage day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with CurionX’s programmatic solutions and services. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, understanding their business goals, guiding platform usage,



and proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and value. The Customer Success Manager will monitor account health, analyze campaign data, prepare regular performance reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement optimizations. This position also focuses on driving customer retention, gathering feedback to inform product improvements, and supporting renewals and expansions.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing experience with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to maintain and grow long-term partnerships.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
Experience in digital advertising or programmatic media environm
